What has changed?
The main changes for the candidates are with the assessment process for the First Aid at Work Course and now the EFAW Course. There is no longer the external assessment which gives candidates a nervous free last day. It will mean more paper work for the candidate during the course and more paper work for the trainer to complete. There may be internal verifiers coming to visit on a more regular basis, this will only be to oversee the training is being carried out correctly to our high standard and expectations.

What’s new for the Lifeguard Course?
As part of the lifeguard qualification we will be making sure when you finish the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) you have the FULL qualification including Defibrillation AED, First Aid at Work level 3 and Spinal Management. We are one of only a few companies/trainers that can offer this complete package.
